md999 Frequently Asked Questions

There are two ways to contact md999. The first is Live Chat on the website, where you can get an immediate response. The second is by sending an email to [email protected]. Please note that these two channels are the only ones we provide support through.

md999's Live Chat is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No holidays, no days off — you can reach us any time, day or night, under Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30). If you contact us by email, we will get back to you as well.

Before reaching out, have your account username, the date and time the issue occurred (MMT), and — if it concerns a deposit — the payment reference number and amount ready. Having this information on hand helps us resolve your issue faster.

Yes. md999's Live Chat and email support are handled by staff who speak Burmese. You can ask your questions in Burmese, so there is no language barrier to getting a clear answer.

Yes. md999 offers Live Betting, which lets you place bets while a match is underway. Odds change continuously as the game progresses, so you can watch how play unfolds and make your decision accordingly — which makes it a more engaging experience.

Odds indicate the ratio of what you will receive back if you win. For example — if Team A wins at Odds of 1.85, a stake of 10,000 Ks returns 18,500 Ks. Handicap is a system where the weaker team is given a head start of a certain number of goals, levelling the gap between the two sides.

Once a match concludes, winnings are paid out based on the official result. If a match is cancelled, your stake will be refunded. For matches that go to extra time, check the rules in advance to see which period of play is used for settlement. If you are unsure, you can ask support.

Yes. md999 covers EPL (English Premier League) and MNL (Myanmar National League) matches, along with top football competitions from around the world. UEFA Champions League and FIFA World Cup matches are also included. You can view all available matches in the football section on the platform.

Yes. This is called a Parlay (Accumulator) — a method where you combine multiple matches into one bet. All selections must be correct to win, and because the odds are multiplied together the potential payout can be much larger, which is why it is a popular way to play.

md999 does not charge any deposit fees on our end. However, payment services such as KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay may have their own fee structures, so check directly with the network you are using.

After a deposit, funds normally appear in your account shortly. If it is taking longer than expected, send a screenshot of the payment reference number to Live Chat. Our staff will check and help you as quickly as possible. There is no need to contact your bank — just reach out to us.

For all payment methods at md999, the minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. This minimum applies equally to KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer.

md999 has four deposit methods. KBZPay — fast and convenient payment via mobile. Wave Money — payment through agent locations. AYA Pay — quick transfers linked to your AYA Bank account. Bank Transfer — deposit from any bank via wire transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks, and withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

The 150% first deposit bonus is available up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. The Wagering Requirement means that after receiving the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times before you can withdraw your winnings. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 50,000 Ks. You must wager 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks before you can withdraw your winnings.

If your connection drops, the game continues to be recorded on the server. Once you reconnect and log back in, you can check your result history. If a prolonged disconnection caused an issue, you can contact us via Live Chat to have it looked into.
