General Agreement

Account Registration and Management
Players must be 21+ to play on the md999 platform. Accessing and playing on the platform before meeting this requirement is strictly prohibited. If a player is found to have provided false information during age verification, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining funds may be forfeited.
Each player may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found to have been opened by the same player, all those accounts will be closed and any remaining balance will be forfeited. If family members share an IP address, supporting documentation may be required.
All information provided when registering an account must be accurate and complete. Only the name matching your bank card or payment method will be accepted — if there is a mismatch, withdrawals may be suspended. md999 may request a national ID card or other personal identification documents.

When making a deposit, players must transfer funds only from their own bank or payment account — transfers from third parties will not be accepted. If a deposit is unsuccessful, please contact our support staff via live chat and provide a transaction screenshot.
Withdrawals are only permitted through the same method used for the original deposit. If the method or amount does not match, further verification will be required. Please note that first-time withdrawals may involve an identity verification check, which can take more than 3 hours.
If md999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a policy violation has occurred, withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation and the player may be asked to provide an explanation. If a violation is confirmed, the remaining balance may be forfeited.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
The md999 welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.
The welcome bonus can only be claimed once and applies to your first deposit only. If you deposit without using a bonus code outside of a promotion period, no bonus will be applied — for promotions that require a request, please contact us via live chat.
- While playing with bonus funds, withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement is fully met.
- If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Game Rules
Players on md999 must use only fair play practices. Using software exploits, programs that can read game patterns, collusion, intentional losing, or any other dishonest methods may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Any winnings resulting from a technical error in the game software or server will not be considered valid by md999. If such an error occurs, affected players will be notified and the issue will be resolved promptly.
md999 may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, weather events, or other circumstances beyond its control. md999 is not responsible for any losses that occur during such periods.
VIP Levels and Cashback
md999's VIP program has 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can advance to higher VIP levels based on continued active play and deposit activity.
